Sugar 1/2 cup
Light Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Egg 1 large
All Purpose Flour 1 1/2 cups (180g)
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
  2. Place small skillet over low heat and melt butter.
  3. Add sugar, brown sugar, beaten egg and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended.
  5. Add in chocolate chips and stire to evenly distribute.
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool 10 minutes.
  8. Cut into slices and top with vanilla ice cream.
